The Self Referral Process - Using Your EAP Benefit

The request for professional help may be initiated by the employee or by someone in the employee's family by simply calling Professional Treatment Systems, 614-382-1660. As an EAP provider, Professional Treatment Systems will arrange for you to see an intake counselor within two working days after contacting PTS. When making a self referral into your EAP, strict confidentiality is upheld. No one, including your employer, will know that you have used your EAP benefit unless you want them to know.
